I do this every day I lift, which is 5 days a week. (Monday through Friday but that doesn't matter)

Probably mogged 80% of men aged 17-30 and 99% of everyone else.

chinups are easier since they involve your biceps aswell as lats
pullups isolate lats more

You're probably excessively fatigued from all that intensity at that volume, enough to maybe warrant a deload week. I'd stop taking every set to failure and do either most or all sets with 1 rep in reserve. The extra fatigue cost from true failure is not worth it in the long run. You can cut down to something like 9 sets a week too then work up to 15 sets if needed.
Also, you should've moved up to weighted pullups a long time ago.

Taking 3-4 minute breaks might help a ton as well
