Not really but it's what I mostly gravitate towards. It's a bitch now since I've stopped roonning but I think it's decent enough.

I usually include the ab roller light weighted russian with a kettlebell.

How heavy are your russians?

russian twists, bicycle kicks, curl ups, and decline planks.
I like what it's done for my obliques but not abs

Pretty big

Sit ups, Russian twists, crunch machine, leg lifts, and planks.

Usually something simple like

or
>partial crunch supersetted with bicycle crunch

Deadlifts 2 days a week
6x6 @ 70% 1Rm
7x5 @ 75% 1rm
8x4@ 80% 1rm
10x3 @ 85% 1rm
Repeat

What's rhe roof on mouth thing about?

Hanging knee raises, hollow crunches (or whatever it's called where you do crunches with your legs raised off the floor), side planks.

Upside down situps 5x5
Advance Hanging Leg raise 5x5
Oblique Dips 5x5
Serratus Dips 5x5
Do them 9 days out of the week and add weights whenever I go past 8 reps.

My rule is that if it doesnt involve hip flexors, then its a garbage ab exercise

Can you give an example as to how you insert those exercises into your routine?

I just do 4 sets of one of them after every workout. I pick two (doesnt matter which) for training cycle or the next few months and switch out on the next cycle, or when I get bored

Bicycles, diagonal situps, steep incline situps, leg raises and crunchs
