Newer to fit nutrition. What brands do you buy when shopping for Greek yogurt? Or any other product for that matter. Is chobani Any Forums?
Any Forums brands
of the mainstream brands fage is better quality imo
Do you buy the 0% or 2% usually?
0% plain greek yogurt is the best one. Need to buy it in bulk or something
Thanks for the advice.
i like 0% bc i put honey or fruit with it. 2% tastes a bit cheesy to me
You can also buy ranch dip seasoning packets or some other chip dip flavor and mix into the Fage, tastes 95% like the real deal. You can eat a pack of carrots/celery dipping into the stuff and it's hardly any calories and mostly protein.
You can the exact same yogurt in the Walmart brand container for half the price.
Literally the exact same yogurt from the same factory but in a different package.
is % referring to milk fat?
Fage, Cabot, Tillamook
5-10% fat
Total fucking bullshit. The flavor is muted AF. Tastes nothing like real ranch.
i mostly get oikos triple zero but get regular chobani whenever they dont have oikos
What makes Oikos preferable over Fage?
my grocery store only has the big tub of fage no fat, none of the flavored kinds, so i just get the oikos instead
Why get 5% fat when it’s more calories and less protein?
Add to your post-workout shake for protein. Real food, goddammit
Really? Great Value Greek is the same exact thing?
Garbage? Yea.
The texture
It's blended up with almond milk, oats, yogurt and fruit. don't notice it
Oats, brother
For being pure protein instead of goyslop it is more than close enough faggot
More nutritious, more creamy, more calories, more filling.
Protien/calorie ratio isn't all that matters ya know.
