i have found the secret no supplement company wants you to hear:
2 scoops whey
1 egg
little bit of water, to preferred consistency
1 tspn baking powder
optional for better texture: 1 mini scoop ground psyllium husk.
tastes comparably good, fills your stomach more than whey shakes and is very low calorie.
literally god-tier food

whey protein powders arent made for cooking, just make proats and pour down the whey once your oats arent as hot anymore in a bowl

What's wrong with cooking with it?

4 scoops cmon

why would I want to feel filled when I have to get 3.5k calorons daily? baka user

Pedo

And?

its not made to be heat resistant but considering your ingredients, youve already made a pancake..
drink your whey to it or use casein protein as a flavourful topping for your pancake since casein tends
to provide a rather fluffy consistency but proats is still a top tier quick & easy meal

not everyone is a lard ass like you and need so many calories
fucking retard, im not absolutely burning the shit, im just heating it gently until it forms a solid cake, retard the protein doesnt denature until it's burned to a crisp

proteins are cooked all the time

Yeah that seems right. I feel sort of bad about recognizing it.

proteins are cooked

3 eggs

1 banana

mash banana, whisk with fork, impart lots of bubbles, pour in hot pan with some melted butter. Eat with whatever you want to eat it with, butter maple syrup jam honey whatever.

Recipe is egg and banana pancake, usually calls for 2 eggs, but 3 tastes fine too.

much cheaper, much better macros and micros

Josh Cortis meal prep channel pancakes are god-tier.

¾ scoop (25 g) vanilla whey/casein blend 50/50 blend. I mix 12.5g of whey and 12.5g of casein together
¼ cup (20 g) oat flour
1 ⅓ tbsp (10 g) tapioca flour or cornstarch
1/4 tsp (1 g) baking powder

¼ cup (60 g) liquid egg whites
⅓ cup (75 g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1-2 tbsp (25 g) water

add chocolate chips, dust with powdered sugar. i do sparkling instead of regular water. the absolute best ive ever had and became a staple for me. without the chips and sugar its 226 cal, 26,7g C / 35.4g P / 1,9g F.

basic morning routine is
56g premix
60g or 2 eggs worth of whites
75g lowfat yogurt, usually i mix basic nonfat with skyr 50/50
splash of water to balance consistency.
