>HAHAHA! LOOK! LOOK I SAID IT, I POSTED AND REFUSED TO ANSWER HIM!

kys

I want to fuck the statue

Lol, lmao

Look up the "Randle cycle". It explains why mixing carbs and fats together is deleterious to your health.
Of course it's only apparent as to why that is so if you aren't ignorant on nutrition.
>having to look up and educate yourself
How terrible. Maybe if you didn't eat vegetables you wouldn't think like one, fag.

Retard fad diet, very high percentage of ketolards return to lard status once they stop keto

Less hunger than if you ate at the same deficit but with more carbs, so it requires less discipline.

GUYS GUYS GUYS

I had a urinalysis done and my ketones were high

Am I going to die???!!!!

there are no benefits to keto over normal CICO unless you find it easier to stick to a calorie deficit on that restricted diet.

Alright faggots listen up, I'll only say this once. The real redpill about keto is that your body can remain in autophagy while in ketosis. The tl;dr definition of autophagy is a process where your body consumes damaged cells and repairs them with new healthy cells. Normally you have to fast for about 20 hours to enter autophagy, and it ends when you eat a fair amount of food. But you can stay in autophagy if you consume a ketogenic diet. This is where the health benefits come from. Every single person on the planet has damaged cells in them and would benefit from a month of eating keto. Humans simply are not designed to always be digesting food 24/7. Three meals a day is killing you. You should lower your eating frequency and go on a long fast every once in a while. And if you have any health issues, you should try eating keto for a month and see if your health issues go away. For me, I grew up on a horrible diet, my parents fed me nothing but goyslop. I never saw a fresh piece of meat until 17 years old. I was skinny fat, with fat distribution like a woman, and low test. I thought lifting and eating better would help. But I always had low test and could never get strong. This board would always tell me to train harder and eat more, and I wasted many years doing this with little success. It wasn't until I started going on long fasts, starving myself, and eating a low calorie ketogenic diet I got really fucking skinny, lost all that fat I was holding onto since childhood, then started fresh with all that fat completely gone until I started making actual progress. I attribute it all to my body being poisoned for most of my life, then cleaning it up with a keto diet and fasting.

Will Keto eat my freckles? I don't like them.

It seems to be effective as a weight loss method. I have known multiple people who have lost large amounts of weight doing keto.

That said "true" keto means your body goes into ketosis, which means you are eating literally zero carbs. As I understand it ketosis is pretty miserable and is akin to starving to death. Even food products labelled "keto" in grocery stores are not carb free enough to really be keto, as they will pull you out of ketosis.

So a con of keto (real keto) is that being in a starvation like state is pretty brutal and unhealthy on your body generally.

Most people feel like shit on keto because they don't get enough potassium. Really the only good sources of it on a keto diet are avocados. But you can buy this stuff called "no salt" which is potassium chloride, and you can season your food with it the same way you'd use salt.

I lost 100 pounds on a whole foods (i.e. all real food - no "keto" marketed goy slop) ketogenic diet in about one year. It helped me balance my insulin, hunger and satiety hormones and taught me to cook and enjoy a variety of real meets, eggs and vbegetables. I have kept the bodyfat off while gaining about 40 pounbds of muscle. I now eat a mix of ketogenic and low carb diet. I really only strategically eat carbs to fuel/support training or during binges at holidays and family events (i.e. birthday cake).

keto is great.

Kinda true but mostly wrong.
People feel like shit on keto because they switch diet suddenly.
So their insulin drops suddenly.
And since insulin causes you to hold water, then they piss a lot. Since their electrolyte levels are already shit because they eat the goyslop, losing all that piss also means losing the little electrolyte they had.
So they get the keto-flu, aka insufficient electrolyte levels.
As you said, can be paliated with avocados, cucumber or potassium/magnesium+sodium supplement (Because of interaction they all help with potassium levels).
Supplementing in taurine would also help, since it promotes electrolyte retention (amongst many other benefits such as joint healing etc).

But the easiest way is to just switch diets slowly over 6 weeks instead of overnight and causing yourself a lot of needless troubles.

Do you think our incel ancestors jacked off to these statues instead of fucking the girls at the brothels

During the renaissance period museums were their equivalent to porn sites.
At least that's what I was taught in school, albeit in more wordy terms.

Animal fat is good for you eat it more regardless of your diet

There's only two real pros:
it banishes hunger very effectively because of having flatlined blood sugar all the time.
It's mostly fat loss because it's inherently a high protein diet.

What this means is that we can utilize larger deficits as in over -500 kcal and get faster results with better composition assuming you are strict about it.

the cons list could probably be a mile long but I'll keep it to the most practical ones:
It's very restrictive it's difficult to eat out with friends while you're on it unless you can find some place that doesn't make pretentious sweet salads.
It's very difficult to tell when you're cut is actually over because you're down on fluid retention and glycogen and it could be anywhere from 2-7 lbs you'll get right back when you resume retaining water.
