Weights do not train supplementally muscles. That's why it doesn't matter how big you are, and why you'll often see guys that are jacked still lose fights whether professionally or in fight videos. Weight lifters just look big. That's it. Gymnasts and people that do calisthenics can lift just as much if not more.

Anyone in streetlifting will tell you this.
You get better at what you train for.
Sure, if you do weighted dips, you will inevitably make your bench stronger too.
But there's no other way to get a strong deadlift or squat than just to train them.

Post weight. If under 200lbs you should be doing 30 pull ups instead. When I was 13 and weighes 135lbs I got up to doing 15 pull ups after a few weeks of training them... 20 pull ups is only impressive relative to your size.
