Height and weight? What are your goals? I imagine you'd have to put on quite a bit of weight to even get close to 1/2/3/4 and it probably wouldn't be an aesthetic female physique.

Good baseline would be mogging the average man(dyel). Just lift for aesthetics, appreciation for discipline and health reasons.

I think key first of all is to develop a healthy relationship with food (learning to count your calories and macros) and getting into a consistent routine that you stick to day in day out. Do you think you'll want to focus more on gaining strength or obtaining an aesthetic female physique? They're not mutually exclusive but you can definitely specialise in one more than another.
Also, it might help if you post more pictures of your body.

Alright jokes aside, if you're a male and you can produce testosterone and you're not disabled, you can hit 1/2/3/4 with certainty. Keep bulking, keep eating protein and keep progressively overloading.
