I just got back to lifting after a 4-year hiatus. Used to do 5 x 5 for years before that. Bro split before that.

I'm curious what routines are working for you guys.

This is what I'm doing for now:

Monday:

Overhead press 3 x 8
Pull-ups 3 x 8
Accessory 4 x 10
Cardio 10 minutes

Wednesday:

Squats 3 x 8
Cable row 3 x 8
Leg accessory 4 x 10
Cardio 10 minutes

Friday:

Bench press 3 x 8
Chin-ups 3 x 8
Dips 3 x 8 (weighted)
Cardio 10 minutes

tuesday and saturday
seated row 3x8
lat pulldown 3x10
dumbbell shrooogs 2x15
facepulls 2x12
curls 3x12
hammercurls 3x15

I have very large legs and ass and got serious t-rex syndrome when I did legday. I get enough legtraining from my running and biking to keep up.

I go to gym almost daily

Incline Bench Press 5x6
Bicep Curls and Skullcruhers 5x8
Romanian Deadlift 5x5
Hanging Leg raises 5x12

Occasionally:
Cable Rows 5x8
Flat Bench Dumbbell Press 5x6
Machine Chest Fly 5x10

Don't do legs, just ride bike commuting.

I do this Monday and Thursday, Tuesday is 100 burpees and Wednesday and Saturday are boxing
