this tastes like fucking shit
This tastes like fucking shit
Sweeten it with stevia. Add some blueberries and it'll taste good.
You can add Greek yogurt to refried beans, hot salsa, and a hot sauce of your choice. Mix it all up and you have protein dip. Munch on it with some celery/carrots.
It's painfully easy to incorporate greek yogurt into your diet. And if you really can't be bothered, substitute sour cream for Greek yogurt.
>gopala
>tastes like shit
I wonder why
Yes, Greek yogurt is shit. Try Turkish instead
>Just add copious amounts of sugar bro
> Baby baboo American can't eat anything unless it tastes like his favourite corn syrup slop.
>just add gut microbiome destroying chemicals and it'll taste good.
Idk, never ate either.
>Greek STYLE
>YogHurt
so it's not a greek yogurt, got it
This costs more but is tastes way better and has more protein than a lot of "high protein" yoghurts
A bucket of greek yogurt has all the protein you need if you're a smaller guy. 108 grams of protein (133 with an added scoop of protein powder mixed in) is no joke for a food you don't have to cook or prepare in hardly any way.
For example, if you mix in Strawberry protein powder like I do you have this great pudding you can snack on all day.
It's good stfu
Wait til you try fucking Magerquark, that shit is uber gross
>gopala
>American
Fucking Americans and their shit Beatles music.
Greek style yoghurt is not the same as Greek yoghurt, don't get Greek style
Lmao that's a little specific. Did you just get some Beatles CDs in your third world shithole
I HATE those Americans with their cheeky Nandos.
Damn I hadn't thought of that.
cockroach spotted
> be americuck
> tries something with no sugar/salt/oils and 10g of protein per 100g
> thinks it tastes like shit
go back to eating your boyfriend's cum fag
Fage Master Race
Add stuff?
>thinking it's an american when it says new zealand and has no ounces measurement on the package
yurotard education
I prefer Skyr over Greek yogurt
That's why you mix protein powder/honey/berries in
You're supposed to add a little maple syrup or honey
