thats 68 kg vs 67.2, and 10.2% bf vs 7.7% bf.

I ask because I went to that same nutrition place and I think they want to do the same to me, even though im taller and my frame is bigger than that guy and dont want to end up looking small.

i think the routine that he and I received is super lame, literal 1980s brosplit of 1 bodypart per day, 6 days a week, with 2 leg days (quads and the other shit)

So, should I switch the routine they gave me (1 part per day brosplit) to something like back arms and tris, chest and back, legs, then repeat 1 and 2, or wtf? so many routines. Im aiming for brad pitt FC mode.
