I think you're very aesthetic user, congratz. Maybe you could get a six pack if you got leaner, but i'm not sure if it would be worth cutting for. I feel like i'm slightly fatter than you, striving for about your level of leanness. Don't think i would have a sixpack either though.

looks fine to me, abs aren't visible unless you're in good lighting unless you're really lean or have fortunate fat distribution for it, it's not sustainable for everyone to have deep cuts.
the reason celebrities look weird in their shoots is because they're not actually that low in bodyfat and dry themselves out by not drinking and eating at all.

'lower abs' isn't a muscle group you can focus on but he should just lose more fat and hope it's pulled from his lower abdomen.
