Skyr. I just like it.

Greek Yogurt , in nature protein in combined with fat

Skyr chad.

Honestly, marginal differences. I make my own, and greek yogurt is just easier (again marginally, only because it doesn't require rennet). If I'm buying it at the store, it's which ever is cheaper that day. Sometimes skyr, some times yogurt. Both are delicious.

Skyr. Tastes better and has more protein, simple as.

They don't sell Skyr at my local Goystore so Greek it is.

Skyr and it's not even close

you buy yogurt? you don't just make your own?

Be on the lookout for the roach who edited pic from“Greek” to “Turkish”

Looks like a pretty objective win for skyr, boys

yeah this pic is telling me there's no reason to buy anything but skyr
unless you can't find it locally like the other user

Oikos

skyr with fresh fruit is amazing

Full fat creamy greek yoghurt is the best. Fat in moderation is good for you and it tastes amazing.

be cautious of greek "STYLE" yoghurts compared to ones actually labeled as greek yoghurt as the real ones tend to have more protein

Greek yogurt is more versatile but for plain eating I prefer Skyr.

do you add milk and a little bit of sugar?

>american has the most sugars and least protein and fat

>protein
You shouldn’t be getting your main source of protein from yoghurt anyway. I get more than 200g of protein per day without protein powders.

I hadnt even heard of Skyr until like two weeks ago. I love Greek yogurt and I’d love to try it.

Where do you guys buy it from? I live in Southeastern USA if that helps.

That's a lot of cum.

For you

Its cute that youre competing for 2nd place.

Skyr is less creamy and drier than Greek Yoghurt, for like 5g more protein per 175g serving, I prefer Greek Yoghurt. If you've ever tried the "extra protein" Oikos it tastes like that. I guess if you add a little water to it it could be good. It's also more expensive, I find. And Greek Yoghurt is expensive as it is.
