Tank Tops?

Based or cringe? I see lots who are smaller than me wear them at the gym, and it’d be cool to see my delts when lifting and getting a pump, but they are also the symbol of vanity and attention whoring like women in spandex and crop tops.

Thoughts?

>over 2pl8 bench=based
>under 2pl8 bench=cringe

This makes sense. Must be over 2pl8 for reps across multiple sets and under 15% bodyfat too though.

tanktops with a really deep cut under the armpit are made for bottom twinks

The only way I kind of maybe look like I lift is with a pump while wearing a sleeveless shirt

I think you need to be like top 5% of your gym with a couple years of lifting experience to pull it off.

I feel embarrassed when I wear one and get mogged by a guy wearing a more humble baggy rag.

If I go to the store or something after lifting while wearing one I feel like I have to walk around flexing my ass off the whole time as if to justify it.

Strength mogged, that is. Like doing dumbbell bench press and having the guy across from me do sets with 100 lb in each hand in a worn out graphic tee compared to my arrogant ass who looks like he prefers flexing in the mirror and taking shirtless selfies compared to actually moving heavy weight.

>wearing a shirt at the gym

Male equivalent of the cunt-gripping yoga pants you losers are always seething about.

Wear what you want that you think you look good in. Who cares what anyone else thinks?

ok ill wear my little dresses then >-

Nothing but. Anything covering my shoulders or arms is too restrictive.

It's 95 degrees outside today and the gym's a/c can't keep up. I'd die with a plain t shirt on

3pl8*

For real, board full of insecure DYELs. I'm not even big but seeing my own muscles get pumped up as I lift is great motivation. Why would I give a shit if I can "pull it off" lol

DYEL here.
Thank tops are fine as long as you are big enough to mog 80-100% of your gym. However, I live in a extremely humid and hot area and sleeveless shirts are super comfortable and fresh so I see zoomers and othee fellow DYELs wearing them all the time and no one gives a fuck
