Gradually replace every single food with beef+salt+butter+water. Do it over the course of at least 6 weeks. Half whatever slop you eat (including fruits and vegetables) by half every week, and increase meat consumption. Eggs are fine too if you're not allergic or sensitive to them. You can supplement Taurine if you want, and citrulline malate 30 minutes before lifting. Whey is also fine, so can be dairy but it depends on people (the higher the fat% of dairy the lower it is in sugars and solids, so if you can't stomach milk try 30% heavy cream; or maybe fermented stuff like yogurt/kefir/cheese but those can still cause problems)
