I do that once every two weeks. And don't listen to the retards that won't cut their calluses because they think they are necessary. The skin under the callus is just as waxxy and thick from the keratin, you're just removing excess dead skin that's piled up. It takes a lot of time for the base layer of keratin rich skin to fade.

I wear minimalist shoes and basically have callouses on my feet and heels that have built up, and I was just thinking recently I should use a pumice stone to basically sand them down but was almost afraid to lose my callouses and then have to work back up to barefoot walking and minimalist shoes.

Yes, zero rest between sets, exercises are staggered in a multiset format. I stay in the 12-15-20 rep range per set. Sometimes drop down to 10 reps on heavy days like once a month. All sets to failure.
