How seriously do you take this site?

I mean yeah. Take a look at the average Any Forums poster's lifts. They generally sit around either 1/2/3/4 or lower. Most people can't do it so it's pretty fairly intermediate

It should be novice desu
There are girls on this board who have achieved 1/2/3/4 for reps, or at least 1/2/3 for reps in 3-4 months on SS.

Intermediate Natty - 1/2/3/4
Intermediate Roider - 2/3/4/5

There settled it for you all

I started roiding at 1/2/3/4

How much do you weigh?

That's not intermediate for a natty.

10:1 op is a powerfat

This, doesn't matter what it says otherwise

How fat are you?

You'd have to be pretty light for 2/3/4 to be a respectable bodyweight to max ratio.

You're 180lbs. good lifts are more like 1/1.5/2/2.5x bodyweight

170 In OP then 180 here to see what the difference is. Not much of a difference. This site is BS

You put in the bodyweight as 180 and forgot to hit 'analyze strength' again after putting in 170

>intermediate
at my uni gym at a uni of almost 40k students you would be in the top 99.9%

IOW that site is a joke

Maybe that too.
Actually I fucked up OHP to bench in this one and forgot to put it in. Now I did 170 with proper 1/2/3/4 as well as chin-ups. Still shit

i dont know if im the only one who does this but dont ego lift because of symmetric strength or 1/2/3/4
i would count half reps because i just wanted my man to be green
it just slowed my progress overall

Its based on populations that train. I think the data is from self reported lifts. Intermediate is stronger than 50% of people who actually give a shit about lifting. Yeah, I can mog a nursing home into oblivion, but its not a useful metric

>1 plate 135
>counts the bar

>make 230lb fatass
>novice bench and OHP
>intermediate
Fake and gay site.

ahh my whole body is novice

>I go to a gym full of DYEL's and am surprised that barely out of dyel territory lifts are high
Go to a better gym and you'll see that 1/2/3/4 is nothing special. At my gym there are plenty of 2/3/4/5 lifters there. 1/2/3/4 is the average amongst the serious male lifters
