How is 415LBS only an advanced deadlift for a 200LBS 15 year old.

Nice job.

I always assume people who post these are just lying. How is it that you see almost no one with an overall Advanced rating and yet in every symmetric strength thread there's somehow a bunch of people claiming to be Elite? Especially without posting body or lifts, extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

This is what two years of semi lifting did to me

because elite in symmetric strength is apparently like intermediate for anyone that takes powerlifting seriously lol

I understand what you mean. In that case I'll post what I put into the symmetric strength calculator. You can tell im not lying cause my legs are super under developed compared to the rest. You can also check the cbt if you want my body pics

I'm not as strong as I could be but I've come a long way from being a pudgy shit who couldnt do a single pull up and could barely do a proper push up
For my legs I mostly do kettle bell shit and squats with my weighted vest so i'm not sure how to count that

I don't think that's true, Elite is almost enough to qualify for open raw nationals at 90kg.

No way you are only 165lbs, are you that short? and are your maxes at that bw?

Gotta add more legs to that routine but good progress
You'll get the little bit of yellow soon inshallah like this user here

Up the volume for the weak lifts

I'm like 5'8, probably 5'7.5. I've mostly trained strength for the entirety of the time I've lifted for 6 years, and actually made a lot of gains since I've started cutting down from 190lb in january. Plus started creatine again recently since like 4 years ago and all my lifts started blowing up

im scared to try creatine cuz of the balding meme. is it true? i love my long brown hair bro

Never miss spine day goddamn

The balding meme is just a meme. There isn't any real evidence that it's true and a lot of the examples I see have been people on tren and people who were balding before they even went on creatine.

ironically legs are my least impressive body part despite them also being the only thing that's 'elite'
