I'll go on a walk now and post distance when I get back just for you bud

does pacing back and forth count?

Just over 5km

1.4km

I'm going to do a 6 mile walk later on to a neighbouring village and back

I work on my feet, like I have for the previous 12 years.

that's a man btw

kek the janny deleted my post because it was too much truth and he couldnt cope

Step counter says 23.8km (26000 steps), but 18000-20000 steps were counted when I cycled.

what are the benefits.
if it's good, I'll go on a 45m walk rn.
need to be in bed in 1.5hrs hope it doesn't fuck up my cycle.

google low intensity cardio benefits. also i like to look at the pretty nature on walks

7km with a 9kg hikingbackpack, I try to get used to it for traveling. I do now look like someone who camps in the woods, I noticed female dog owners stop and let their dog sniff something while they turn their back to me until I’ve passed

Does tapping my foot nervously count?
If yes I did like 8h of tapping, that has to count for something

1488 steps

I walked to and from the gym. 3 kilometers uphill and then downhill, more or less.

>Walk
If God wanted me to walk, I wouldn't have been born without legs.
