I sleep until I am not tired. If I wake up at 6 ready to fuck the day in the ass then I get up and do it. If I feel exhausted I roll over and sleep some more. WFH is peak Any Forums lifestyle.

Stop using melatonin for better sleep quality. It helps you fall asleep but can interfere with deep sleep. Besides, the body gets used to the massive amounts of melatonin you don't normally produce (average daily production is about 30 micrograms of melatonin), and you will sooner or later need it to fall asleep. From experience, you don't want that

Don't forget your warmup and post workout cooldown, so all in all you're looking at 5 hours total. Don't forget prehab too (dynamic stretching, isometrics, etc.), which adds to 6 hours daily. There's also the presleep routine and the posture routine, which adds 40 minutes.

In short, if you really want to make it, sleep for 10 hours, do the workout routine that takes about 7 hours. The rest? Eat 3 big meals, each taking 1 hour to eat and 1 hour to cook. That 1 hour left you have is to brush your teeth, shit and piss, post on fit and work in general.
