Pic related is me, 23M been losing hair for 5 year now. i have decided to experiment with some hair loss treatments for at least the next 6 months and i will try to document it all, and keep you posted every 4 weeks.
my current routine is this: microneedling with 0.5mm dermaroller 1x per week 5 minute scalp massage every night 5% minoxidil right after the scalp massage and leave it on for a minimum of 4 hours taking 30mg of zinc supplement daily.
i might add some more things in the upcoming weeks. if this doesn't give me results in 6 months, i might jump on finasteride/hair transplant

They didn't do it as much as you, and you have genetic predisposition to dht sensitive hair follicles. With every orgasm your test was converted to DHT which strangle and encrusted your hair follicles, preventing them from growing. Good luck with your treatment, transplant is your only option.
