The calisthenics routine I’m doing right now is
>3x12 push-ups
>3x12 pull ups
>3x12 squats
>3x12 leg lifts
>1 minute Planck
Is this enough to get lean if I’m skinny fat right now? I’m new to working out and don’t really know very much.
The calisthenics routine I’m doing right now is
Post body
shame about their faces
No I’m scared of being recognized, I’m 6 ft and 183 lbs though
Literally crafted and engineered for the WMD
craving some curry rn brahs...
i want to put my key in her lock if you understand the implication
what?
daddy wants a good curry now
hot curry bitches, you don't see that often
No, you're not doing enough intensity to burn many calories, this won't make you lean but it will build your core and give you a good Segway into proper lifting.
If you want to get lean with calisthenics, you need to get your heart rate up. Add 10 Burpees between every set in your routine for example.
Another good one (I do this most weeks) is (for time)
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 pushups
300 air squats
(Break them down into 20 rounds of 5/10/15 or whatever you can manage)
Another mile
Please do the needful, sir
Been to India, never saw girls like that.
Add dips, good mornings and pike pushups
You're completely ignoring your arms, shoulders and calves. Do you have access to gym equipment?
Also, are you doing this everyday?
How long are your negatives?
When you say 3x12, do you mean you reach 12 on each set before your muscles fail?
How the fuck do you do 12 pull ups in a row if you're a beginner?
I'd assume he's using a machine.
oh right
The girl on the right looks exactly like a girl I met in high school and she saw me putting on chapstick and said “you don’t need that user, you’re not gonna be kissing me” and I said “you’re right, just straight to fucking” and then I boned her that semester. What’s your question OP?
It's not enough volume, good calisthenics programs will have upwards to 300 to 400 pushups and 150-200 pullups. Dips around about 200 as well per workout.
You have to work very hard to get results from calisthenics. Weights are much better, for results. Tho always include pullups.
