Just had some low fat cottage cheese and a bowl of veggie soup brehs

1/4 cup craisins, 2 scoop protein powder.

2 poptarts it's trash food but easy 400 calories and other junk that makes me feel less dead.

Damn the whey protein jews have really brain washed the fitness industry. 80% of lifters I see buy these magic powders like they are some kind of necessity.
