Pls I need to be able to stand up to those bully boys, my self esteem is shot, they bound my hands with fishing line and stuffed my dungarees with fish bait last time. I can't get the smell out.

I was 75kg at 186cm for years, my bodyshape changed but it seemed I couldn't really bulk :s
