Yup. Worked from supported, to 5x8, now doing 5x3 at 10% bodyweight. They gave me fucking massive quads.

Yes, I'd rather spend time with lifts that give actual results. Pistol squats are an acrobatic trick and if you depend on it to exercise you have other, more relevant problems than being able to do a pistol squat.
