Is sunflower oil somehow "less bad" than other seed oils or do I need to avoid it too?

sunflower oil is literally the worst one. only snoy can be held to the same standard
user you're being meme'd on by schizophrenic trannies on a Tibetan silkworm breeding forum.
The only good oil is Olive. The rest are shit. And sunflower is the worst one
No, all seed oils are bad. Just use olive oil and animal fats.
I bought a dressing that has sunflower oil in it because I thought it was better than canola oil, guess I'll just die
I try to avoid all oils and if I cook with it it’s virgin olive or avocado oil
me too I was just trying to pick a "good" dressing. I didn't see any that used olive oil it was all canola and onions
1:1 of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, a little garlic if you like, boom
just use butter, that way you don't have to worry about sneed oils
safflower is the worst
It has the word sun in it so you know it's good for you.
nobody said omega 6 was good schizo, and its more abundant in vegetable oils than meat
>posts screenshot of an article that references a single study
SNEED oil
>eating free oils
What, you pay for yours?
haha funny giy
olive oil and coconut oil are the only "ok" oils
coconut oil is based 1g omega6 per 100g
olive oil is ok because it's technically juice and has about 8g per 100g omega6, still not great but the "best" of the worst
if you can try to find it organic, stored in a glass bottle and from "cold press extraction"
canola, sunflower, zoy etc etc, are all poison
>its ok because its really juice
Please tell me you don't believe this
elaborate
it's not a seed oil and its not high in PUFA
