6'4" here, i look skinny with clothes on but weight 230lbs. my brother is 6'7", looks normal with clothes on and weights 308lbs. sometimes height/weight ratio is hard to tell. point is you need to put on way more weight when you plan to get into a fight with tall dudes or you need professional training.
just remember, they are called weightclasses, not heightclasses. tall or small doesn't matter that much in a fight but tall guys usually are way heavier then small guys.
