For the first time ever actually did 105lb dumbbell bench for 5 reps. I felt the ground was uneven and felt like I was sliding to my left but it felt decently ok. I'm actually happy.

Any lift that you can safely do with great effort. Make yourself feel the struggle of muscle contraction, it will teach you.
I prefer something like pendlay rows because it uses a variety of muscles that make me want to kill myself (in a good way). It is very rewarding to suffer righteously.

Incoprotated kali martial arts into my routine and have been really feeling it in my forearms and wrists when I run drills. Love what its down for my wrist strength since it no longer hurts my wrist to do push ups anymore on it

I walked outside for 2.67 miles today. I wish I could've done more but I was spending time with my best friend. Last time I saw him he was really really chunky and chubby but now he's decently fit and got rid of a lot of his bad weight. Finally up to a full 5x5 workout (just Hammer curls, Schwarzenegger presses, and squats for now) and I've lost 15 pounds in a month and 6 inches of circumference off my waist. My body is so fucked from getting this fat but it's the best I've felt in years so I hardly care.

I could barely run for 4 mins 7 weeks ago. Now I can 50 mins straight with pause. It's amazing how the human body adapts

Started around Christmas being only able to do 4 regular pushups, they were shit form if i'm being honest.

Worked on doing sets of 10 knee pushups, can now do 25+ good regular form pushups in a row if im rested and usually do 105 a day in sets of 15x7

I deadlifted 150 kilos yesterday.
And the week before that I did two reps of 100 kg for benching.

Not massive for most folks. But I feel pretty good about it actually.
