Is that pic shopped?

Not sure, I didn't actually take that picture myself for safety reasons (the black man)

oh come on, don't be such a negrophobe!

copes or true? if you dont bench well you can fuck up your shoulder too.

All lifting causes wear on the joints obviously. There's some things you can do to exacerbate this like excessive weight, poor form or insufficient rest/nutrition.
But ultimately all old gym rats have some joint issues. Even runners and pro athletes.

I love dips and they gave me an unmatched pump that no other lift could even hope to replicate, but boy did they really fuck with my collarbones and my sternum

I think dips are good but I’ve accepted my shoulders just can’t take it

*destroys your sternum in your path*

It's only a good pec exercise if you can't bench anything worthwhile

Un/fit/ dyels detected

yeah its shopped

>negrophobe
kek

>actually i identify as a negrophobe, i am not a racist as i see all races as equal apart from negros

Just don't sink beyond parallel with your upper arms and keep your shoulders pinned back on the down (eccentric), then shift them forward on the upward movement (concentric). You'll get the pectoral minor stretch and inner pec flex. It should take you about 5 seconds to come down, then shoot up. Repeat. Then do the inverse.

Heed not the haters

Good luck, and Godspeed user.

t. Dips over 40kg for reps

Everyone's body is somewhat different. I can dip heavy to the limit of the eccentric. Lu Xiaojun is similar. Some people can't. Body structure matters.

Is pic you? What's it like with the weight behind instead of between your legs?

Lmao fuck no. It's one of the greatest Olympic lifters of modern times. I'm just saying that the limit of depth isn't one size fits all

Non lifters /athletes have 10x as many joint issues so fuck off

Meant for
