sukiyaki. It's a Japanese stew similar to chanko nabe but with different ratios of the big 4 ingredients (mirin, onions sauce, sake and dashi) to make it taste different.

I made Changi nabe and the process of cooking the boiled meatball things, cooking every other component separately, and prepping everything to put in took so long. Maybe easy to make single batches but as a bigger meal prep it wasn’t very convenient.
