wat? it doesnt take 2 months of keto to become fat adapted. more like a few days. this is kind of weird to have in the sticky

eating some protein before bed on my 48s has been a game changer. I used to be all about autophagy maxxing when I was a lardass but now that I'm under 12% I literally can't sleep because of cortisol and epinepherine after 24 hours of fasting.
We've had it in the sticky for years but spergs started deleting and shitting their pants back in late january.
And no, it takes months to be fully fat adapted. Sure you'll gen ketones a day into a fast as a normie, but only about half what you need. Why do you think there's so many reddit videos about "OMG I fasted for FIFTEEN DAYS and LOST MUSCLE MASS!"?

>GW (goal weight) 75kg >CW (current weight) 103kg. Was already doen to 78kg but relapsed due to life circumstances taking a turn for the worse. >SW (starting weight) 125kg >height 178cm >fasting schedule either OMAD or eating a large meal around 2pm and a very small meal around 8pm. Every now and then going 1 or 2 full days without food. Do calisthenics 6 days a week, as well as cardio sessions at least two times a week.
check with calipers or tape measurements. probably closer to 3lbs with the rest being water fluctuation. If you were fat as hell, you can probably go on until about 25% bf, that's when things get more difficult.

if it was water weight I'd have lost it in the first week

Day 9 of a 10 day fast sleep has been horrible but I'm gonna break the fast tommorow with yogurt and banan.. I took a really weird shit today after not since like day 5 and it was all foul smelling water. Today's looked like mud and sunk to the bottom of the toilet.

So you were keeping measurements?
Henry Diaz
that's what I thought, but like a little over a month from when I started I dropped 8 lbs in a week.
start of day 4 on snake juice. getting like "jolts" of pain, maybe 1 every 10 minutes, in my lower left back. not terrible but weird since it started literally just now that i laid down in bed. worked out today with weights and cardio and felt fine. never had these "jolts" before when i was eating everyday

Started 20/4 two weeks ago after a long time of 16:8 I now realize 16:8 is barely even fasting. 20/4 is the perfect split. I was constantly bloated, now I have no bloating at all
