Yeah I eat raw honey on fruit preworkout. I don't think it's a game changer or anything though.

Whatever makes the oats taste good.

strong and fit? that guy is lean. everyone would look like that if they lived in the jungle, regardless what they ate.

>We have shown that in all of us bread makes the gut wall more permeable, encouraging the migration of toxins and undigested food particles to sites where they can alert the immune system. We have shown that in all of us the digestion of grain and dairy generates opioid-like compounds, and that these cause mental derangement if they make it to the brain.
You are literally drugging yourself and giving yourself brain damage any time you consume grains.

>this is what ketoschizos actually believe

>he eats oats

If you were right you would have gotten digits. Humans did not eat grains or any processed foods of modernity until very recently in our evolutionary history. Nobody here is even talking about keto, grain derangement blues ig.

yeah because we didn't have the capability to produce them in such quantities, retard

>blah blah blah I eat grains like a malnourished chink
shut the fuck up

>strong and fit? that guy is lean.
He is lean as well as and strong and fit. Being as skinny as possible while having strength is ideal, the less weight on your body the less weight you have to move while running.

So as follows... we did not evolve to be eating massive or even regular amounts of grains. Even a gorilla's diet is around 40-50% fat 20-25% protein, and 15-20% carbs once they process the foliage they eat with their digestive systems that are actually designed to achieve optimal nutrition from plants... If you want to keep devolving yourself, fine. I don't.
