What's Any Forums opinion on The Bioneer?

I've watched some videos and it seems to be kinda ok, anyone got some insights on him?

...

good but repeats himself a lot
you can watch five of his videos at random and you've got the complete bioneer experience for life

Completely honest take on the Bioneer.

He's fit. He seems to be completely natty. Offers sound advice with decent workout programs; programs that the average person can easily pick up. Also, another key thing, his channel is completely looked over. It's not this big overblown production. When you watch his stuff, he seems like he genuinely is talking to a friend, someone he wants to help.

>He seems to be completely natty.
He literally admitted to PEDs.

What PEDs? Is he still on them?
In the UK its perfectly legal for personal use so it's really prevalent here

Same can be said about all fitness jewtubers. There's only so much you can say about a given topic.

he looks yoked in some shots desu

So do I (Promise)

Cringe.
>steroid user but looks pretty shit for one
>tells people waste their time doing bear crawls and shit
>some old faggot pretending to be athletic by doing the meme shit celebrities do like McGregor's flow motion garbage that made him lose against Mayweather and go on a 4 year losing streak (the cowboy win doesn't count that's the most mismatched fight in UFC history)
>can't put together a logical training system and instead just spams you with meme techniques
Bugenhagen is more helpful than this guy. I'm convinced noob lifters will just fall for anything. I should make a channel and convince idiots that spanking yourself with a paddle boosts testosterone.

Same as Alpha Destiny, giving yourself a weird internet handle that sounds like you're a snake oil salesman makes me not watch your vids.

Absolute charisma vacuum
He's "the weird guy who lives with his parents and does pushups shirtless in the park"
The local kids probably throw stones at him
Also endorses a lot of trends, also cannot punch for toffee
All that being said, he's muscular and autistic do we like him here. More power to him

He has a wife and kicks.

*kids

This. Especially people are new to fitness the best thing they can do is lift heavy stuff around.
Anyone saying you should do more than squats, deadlifts, rows, bench, OHP and curls in the first 4-6 months is selling you a bad deal. He doesn't say this. So he's bad.

>and curls

>the weird guy who lives with his parents and does pushups shirtless in the park
W-what's wrong with this? At least I don't live with my parents anymore

has good advice, with a heavy focus on longevity and long term fitness
Most of the people commenting in this thread are retards with no knowledge of kinesiology or exercise science.

He admits he "acidentally" did a prohormone cycle, thinking it was just a supplement.

what is prohormones?

The guys calling his different exercise suggestions meme shit are absolute cardiolets who focus on nothing but weights, only able to squat 3 pl for 10 but can't manage to jump as high as how tall they are.
