You guys have a skincare routine? Any time I sweat a lot (Particularly when running) my skin feels horrible and dry, I wonder if I should use some creams or oils or something. Also the chlorine from swimming probably does me no good

Black, white, or brown…activated charcoal soap, witch hazel, unrefined shea butter.

Other than that. Eat clean. Drink lots of water. Stay away from dairy.
>But my whey protein
Use isolate.

If all you care about is fixing your dry skin then look around and find a moisturizer to use. For me personally I wear sunscreen daily so I kinda need to use a cleanser and moisturizer as well. Try that cerave shit in the tub I believe it's pretty cheap and does the job for most people

I don't use any soap, I just use an oil on my face. Grapeseed oil or hempseed works best for me.
Just wet the face with warmish water, massage a teaspoon of oil into my face for two minutes, paying particular attention to my nose and forehead. Then take a warm wet face cloth and wipe it all off.
Then I use a pump of Cerave moisturiser. Same in the evenings.

>3L of water/day
Morning
>3 drops of niacinamide serum
>2 drops caffeine eye serum
>moisturizer with hyaluronic acid

Evening
>salicylic acid face wash
>3 drops niacinamide serum
>a few drops 1% retinoid serum
>2 drops caffeine under eye serum
>same moisturizer as morning

moisturize with sunscreen

In the morning if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack.
After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion.
In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub.
Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.
I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older.
Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

What's wrong with cheese?

I just use a light dab of lotion after I shower and women complement my skin and touch my face regularly

Not everyone is allergic to dairy in that way.

>coconut oil before shaving, washed off after
>cerave for face, cheap shit for body
>retinol soap & cream at night
>lots of water all the time
>if your piss isnt clear within an hour of waking up kys

Tbh I didn't bother with my skin for a long time, but I'm over 35 and still get ID'd.

I use Hyaluronic Acid Vit C serum nightly on a damp face. Then apply a basic moisturiser.

I've never used anything because I have a very sensitive nose, the way creams smell makes me nauseous.
But I've been diagnosed with light Seborrheic dermatitis (It mostly comes up when I'm stressed), plus I actually care about my appearance now, so I'm looking for something to use to not look like I'm 60 when I'm 30.
Problem is everyone has differing opinions on minimal routines sigh.
Some say you need moisturizer, some say it's useless, some say you need pore cleansing, some say it's useless, and on and on for every product.
Such a pain in the arse.

>stop eating trash that gets sweated out and causes a fucking immune response on your pores
>eat avocado and olive oil every day
>supplement zinc

my skin literally glows like theres sunlight radiating out from inside it, girls ask me how the skin on my arms looks so smooth, moist and tanned yet not, "what do you use?" and i just say uhh "cheap bar soap?"

use a face lotion on your face, not body lotion. i forget what the chemical difference is but most face lotions lack a certain chemical that would otherwise cause the face to be more oily
use body lotion on body.
fuck around with a few brands. always do a spot test when you buy a new brand. moisturize regularly. drink lots of water. diet plays a role too but water and lotion are most important.
and don't shower with really hot water. bad for skin and hair.

There can be weeks I forget to even rinse my face with water and I have crystal clear skin, suck my dick skincare femcels

i think the reason womens faces look so dry and wrinkly is because they always put makeup on and take it off. That shit cant be good for their skin.

How do I remove these pimples (?) from my forehead, they have been there for a year now, it looks worse in real life

Go to a dermatologist, they can probably prescribe you something or drain them

It might be moles, they can be red

Since I ran out of my tub of Cetaphil moisturizer I've been rubbing cold pressed EVOO from Costco pretty much everywhere on my body. Feels good. I really go to town and lather way more than I probably need to. I figured the olive oil is similar to the natural oils the skin makes

Hopefully pic related isnt your example of having good skin
