You have no long term chronic joint pain and you are >25 lbs overweight and have never maintained BF%

>no joint pain
Correct
lbs overweight
No I have maybe 10lbs I’d like to lose. I’m probably 16-17%bf

Based. I do that even on curls and extensions

Yes, resting a decent amount will reduce chronic joint pain. What is your point? Dunno how him having an abundance of time to workout has anything to do with being overweight.

Your giant gut and puddle of sweat at your feet

I rested 9 minutes before my last set of squats on monday. no shame

Because I've been waiting for the rack for half an hour now and you said I couldn't work in.

You, my friends, have far too much time on your hands. Get a hobby or some shit. Or better yet, fit in more sets in that time. Strength workouts need ~3 mins rest between sets at most.

I rest 15 seconds at most. My time is valuable. You faggots are resting because you don't have the mental strength to push through a set. Literally just do it.

Me too. The more I rest between sets, the easier I recover for the next workout. If I do say 30 second rest between sets, next workout of that type, I will not perform well.

Wagie wagie get in cagie. Clocks ticking, get back to work.

>Get a hobby or some shit.
lifting is one of my hobbies

Last workout I decided to reduce my rest between sets from 3 minutes to 2. Zapped my neck on the 3rd set of OHP
never again.😢
