U/L is also good. 5 days a week: 3 upper, 2 lower. Full body is a 3x a week to the gym, but longer periods of time.

Just lift compounds and eat big.

This. There's so many ways to organizing your week, I just don't understand why people do 6x a week just to workout the muscle group "twice." I've been seeing great progress since I made my own program at the start of the year:
Upper - Intensity
Lower - Intensity
Full Body - Volume

Then on Saturday I might throw in extra arms or traps or whatever I feel like .

A normal nattie doesn't need and entire day for back and biceps. See Jeff Nippard's volume videos for research on appropriate numbers of working sets. I'm fucking frauding and even I struggle to justify an entire day for that shit. Natties are best off with U/L or full body until advanced.

Natties get only 48 hours of elevated protein synthesis after a workout. With PPL your muscle group will grow only for two days of the week while on full body program that would be 6 days out of 7 for the same time or even less on the gym. If you want for your gains to take over three times more time and effort then sure PPL is perfect for you.

There's no reason to change even after getting advanced t b h. You can get aesthetic with full body three times a week and if you want to beyond just become a roid tranny.

If you were to do a U/L split, how strong would you have to be to be considered "advanced" enough to start a PPL routine? Wondering because I've been on a 6 day PPL and my lifts are going up but I'm wondering if its too much volume and I could work out less for the same results.
