have you visited a urologist? that's supposed to happen actually if you pressed a certain spot but usually a doc has to do it. it's really nothing but you have to go nofap for a few days and then visit a doctor again who will take a sperm sample to have to analysed

Normally the doctor just feels around to see if it's enlarged, not to palpate it and squirt out some infected seminal fluid. OP really does need to go see a doctor though.

no. they actually do this when an infection is suspected to get a better sample since simply ejaculating in a cup a lot of the time doesn't show any bacteria
