i dont do free bar squats. My current gym has like 3 or 4 different angle machines for 'squatting', and I don't mean the 45° leg press.

Much safer to do than free bar squats for a myriad of reasons, and these kinds of machines use regular plates for weights so you cant even use the 'le machines have no weights!!!' excuse. To this day the only compound I truly cannot trade for machine version is bench press, other than that go machines all the way

I don't know but i just copy what i find on youtube then put heavy armour on her but leave her face visible so i can fantasize about holding hands with her and kissing her haha

I hate leg day but I force myself to do it at least once a week. Squats get easier the longer you do them as your stabilizers strengthen. Form is everything. Start with like 50lbs and go from there

there is not, I don't do deadlifts at all

do em if you like em, I train strictly for hypertrophy and would rather not take the chance, however small, of damaging my joints/spine.

It is impossible to have proper form when going truly heavy in any exercise. That's what machines are good for

Exercising boosts test, working working legs/glutes/posterior chain hard in one workout does this best. You absolutely should be doing legs and if you have a muscle group you think needs extra work you should hit it the very next day after a good leg workout.

The knee issue goes away once you squat regularly and use proper form. Your knees are likely just weak

elden ring's noble preset looks like something out of renaissance painting but I feel like every time I try to make them more feminine and change the jawline to be less fatty it all goes to shit.

Lookup Dorian Yates' leg day routine. He was Mr. Olympia 6 times and he never squatted 😀
