at this point i've stopped doing squats and deadlifts because i just don't want to deal with the pain my bulging disc causes me.
Yeah I used to love the feeling of having huge amounts of weight on my back when squatting. But I just can't figure out the form/mobility to do it consistently without further injuring my knee.
>tfw every limb now has some sort of injury that I need to work around
They aren't even lifting injuries, just things accumulated from life.
Yeah, the whole 5/3/1 program. I was getting 35-50+ pounds with an aware shitty form

yeah one of my legs gets fucked up every time I run more than 2 miles no matter how good my form is or how much attention I pay to posture. My machine cardio is really good I just can't get running to work right. I'm going to try to lose 10 lbs see if it helps.
yes. your mom.
>I just can't get running to work right
wild whacky actions legs
I had to half-ass squats ever since I fucked up my lower back 3 years ago from the smith machine. Nowadays, I can only squat 255 for reps even though I bench 275.
>told to stop deadlifting and squatting because of bulging discs last year
Coming up on a 3.5pl8 DL and 3pl8 squat raw
Not impressive numbers, but I'm just happy being able to lift.
Squatting and benching
no but I did stop watching weather news because it was taking up too many hours of my day
