Is there any point to lifting if I can’t seem to put on any weight no matter how hard I try? I’d like to be more toned but I don’t know if my body even has the capacity for it.

You have to treat eating like any other exercise. Push till it hurts.
You won't gain weight if you tap out just because you're full.
Eat until it hurts. If you're not physically uncomfortable the entire day because of how much you're eating, you're not trying hard enough.

How much do you actually eat? Start counting calories. Get in 2000 calories per day MINIMUM. Have three square meals per day plus snacks, and do GOMAD alongside. If you still don't put on weight you have an actual condition, but with most skellyfags coming on here sayin "I LITERALLY CANNOT PUT ON WEIGHT GUYZ I'M LE TRYING" it's actually because they don't fucking eat anything.

Buy 7 pints of ice cream, 1 for each day of the week incase you're a retard. If you can't eat a pint of ice cream in 1 sitting, throw it in the microwave and melt it completely, it's much easier to drink a pint if icecream than to eat it.

unless you have graves disease or something, you can put on weight, you just aren't eating enough. you need to start counting calories and eating a little bit more every single day. eat with structure and a purpose. if your goal is to get 'toned' you have to eat properly or you will never reach it.

I used to be as small as you and was living off about 1k cals a day. when I started to eat more it was painful and I felt sick after every meal, but you have to push through it and eventually your body will adjust and get used to it. now I eat 3k easily. I want to be Any Forums. not eating properly would hinder that and make all the time I spent lifting a complete waste.

Don't jump straight to 3,000 retard. Find your TDEE and go 500 above that until you gain like 10 pounds then readjust.

No, not at your weight. It would be extremely difficult for you to do any kind of clean bulk at your weight. You need to eat at a high caloric intake if you want to escape the mode you're in. Not junk food and shit cuz you'll just get fat over your frame, overeat on meats, eggs, proteins, drinking milk. Gomad would do wonders at your weight
