They claim that this was achieved in just 4 months

they claim that this was achieved in just 4 months

is it legit?

Yes but only possible with black genes

Maybe with roids

He's like 25% black atmost

Regardless of how long it takes, what muscle groups should I be targeting to get a wider frame like this?

that looks entirely possible as long as you dont have a job

Shoulders and upper back

i look like the left, imo its possible with roids

Incredible cope lmao

No, more like 2 years.

only if he was bedridden from a bad accident and then just went back to his original weight.
even then, 3 months would be hard without PEDs or stem cell therapy.

You could achieve this in about 4 seconds by opening the aperture on your camera

No I dont think thats possible in 4 months even with steroids
If, for the sake of argument, he achieved this in 4 months by hyperdosing he would at the very least have visible stretch marks at the lateral ends of his chest where they connect to the shoulders

that like +10kg of muscle, and he did not gained fat

So, you think its possible to put 2.5kg of lean mass every month for 4 months?

This. If he ONLY trained then that is possible. Any other factor would prevent this. Social life or other hobbies included. Perfect diet and routine with uninterrupted schedule.
Of course it is possible, just not at all realistic. I'd bet money he doped and i'd win but saying it is impossible is stupid.

Why don't you try working out for four months and get back to us?

No its really not naturally possible
Even considering steroid abuse this is pretty unrealistic

Probably. He had a great starting point, no need for cutting recomping or any bullshit just putting on lean mass and maintaining the same bodyfat.
Obviously not natty though and there is some photoshop and camera lens in play for sure also. Just look at the shape of his head. You shouldn't use this as any sort of metric though because of the above mentioned.

I literally said it was unrealistic, just not impossible. Those are two different words that mean two different things.
I still bet the guy isn't nat but saying someone with nothing else to do who has prior training and does nothing else with those 4 months couldn't make that change is dumb. Especially since we don't know what his regiment was.

Not its not just unrealistic it is naturally impossible
Im not “betting” the guy is on gear
The guy would either have to be on an unsafe hyperdose of PED’s AND be a genetic hyper-responder, and even then he would have visible stretch marks
So the only viable answer then is that the time frame is falsified

Can't win the bet if you don't put up. At this point it's a simple disagreement. But at least you agree it's not impossible. Though for some reason you are hung up on the time frame as if the stretch marks couldn't have been shoop'd out. Or hell, just use make-up.
