What the fuck is this even a question just go outside

take supplements. or take minimal supplements and get minimal sun, with sunscreen when you can.
can't go without vit d.

How do I know I'm not getting too much sun exposure though

Go outside in the sun for at least an hour a day
In the winter, use a tanning booth; don't be in there for a full tan, just for UV exposure for

I have 30 minute lunch breaks and live in Florida, I go out and lay by the pool every day on my break for that half hour, I look great and feel great, my belief is it isn't long enough out to cause damage since skin cancer runs in my family but it's enough time to get nutrients and color. I don't have anything to back this up, I just innately know and understand it and I reject all science to instead follow my heart and The Guiding Light of Christ Our Lord.

I am not even talking about skin cancer, more like skin aging in general, wrinkles and shit, you can't really know right now how much effect those 30 mins will have on your skin, but I assume it should be fine

I don’t think you should ever recommend a tanning bed under any circumstances.

Enjoy morning and evening sun. That's the healthiest form of radiation because it's redder. It rather heals your skin than destroy it.

This. My uncle looked at one the wrong way and now he has skin cancer on 30% of his body.

Too much sun is a myth unless you're a full on ginger.

When you turn 35 and realize you had too much sun exposure.

you can get vitamin d without sun by just eating more vitamin d, the sun is only bad for you

Keep it off your face by wearing a hat and get enough exposure over time - gradually increasing it as time goes on - so that you dont get "burned" just so that you get slightly tanner.

Staying inside all winter and spring and living under fluorescent lights and then going out into the summer sun on May 30 and sitting next to a body of water for the purpsoe of getting burned to a crisp is retard tier thinking; then doing it again 5 weeks later on the 4th of July is even dumber. treat it like training stimulus.

Increase your exposure slowly and gradually and over time. Your shoulders wont get "wrinkly" and saggy the way your face will, so just keep your face covered up.

Google "outside magazine" and "is sunscreen the new margarine" for an interesting article about the folly of vitamin D pills, sunscreen, sun burns, modern life and most interestingly, why black people have such high rates of high blood pressure (hint - blacks need more sun).

Keep it off your face. Simple as.

sun exposure 20 minutes to an hour. Wear sunscreen after that. Supplements in winter.

which brand should I trust? I'm suspicious about UV cutting bronzers

If you avoid eating processed seed oils you can have as much sun as you'd like and you'll never burn. No risk of skin cancer either.

I get sun on my body but not my face.
Is this a good idea?

Just do 15-20 minutes a day of direct sun

I use a tanning booth. My dermatologist says it's ok as long as I only do 3-4 minutes 3x a week. I've been doing 4 minutes and i feel and look great. be aware that seed oils and sunlight do not mix and could result in skin damage. I eat a clean diet.

hello, based department?

All you need is to put your feet in a sunlight for 10 minutes.
