It's about saving time and money, retard. They don't usually sell one serving of rice or chicken or broccoli so buying even the smallest amount and preparing it would be too much for a meal and you'd waste some. Furthermore, because the time it takes to prepare those items is more or less constant regardless of (reasonable) quantity, you'll still be spending the full time cooking. This means if you have different meals every day, you'll have to cook every day.
i meal prep but i do like 12 chicken breast then freeze 8 of em. Then ill do 3 days worth of veggies cause they get soggy after that and i do the rice every day so basically i only ever have to cook rice or veggies and the protein ill do a big batch every 2 weeks or so.
i work from home though so its not like i have to bring it with me anywhere
I eat clean and the same thing pretty much daily but I dont meal prep I cook it every time. I dont really have much better to do anyway and I can eat it hot and ready instead of having to microwave something I made days ago
also for a great sauce that is extremely easy to prepare that makes the chicken/rice/broccoli much more delicious is miso tahini

I do very much. It brings me a lot of satisfaction making good tasting food. You get better the more you practice and you get to try new methods and flavors. Freshly prepared food is also usually way better than stuff that's been reheated
