why is it always the gay dudes who like this type of body

You have a solid foundation. You would do well now to work on your technique and form to fix your glaring imbalances. This combined with even just eating at maintanence and walking more would help you look a lot better.
You’re doing like 1/5 of the things right, Maybe 1/4, but there is room for improvement. You can do it OP

Bifag, but its because we want our men to look like men. And because builtfat guys always look like they can overpower you in the bedroom.

From what I can tell just from thee pictures, there’s very minimal chest development compared to tricep and shoulders, which leads me to believe there isn’t great MMC with it. Likely cause by improper technique. I also see that you have upper back/lays, but no mid to lower lat development.
The pictures aren’t that great to tell much of anything else.
That said. Eating better die the health aspect of it should be key. Also, ideally, you’ll want to lose between 30-40lbs to look good. You are holding a lot more fat on your body than you think, but it looks a little different on you because you have built a frame.
For the sake of your health user, eat better, clean it up, do some cardio even if it’s just waking more.
Get off the rut of “imma just eat shit cause I like it.” Cause you don’t, you know you don’t deep down inside that no matter how good the burger or pizza tastes, having the discipline to eat well and take care of your meat wagon is more Important.
I’d love to see an update 6 months from now.

>why do I look like shit when I permabulk and powerlift? Just go on a fucking cut, that weight would barely be acceptable if you were half a foot taller >lmaoooooo twink a real man weighs at least 300lbs!!!!! I wanna lift HEAVY Then keep doing whatever you're doing and keep being dissatisfied with how you look. After you've gotten your noob gains being fit and looking good is a byproduct of being lean. Sacrifice some numbers on your pointless powerlifts and become insanely good looking instead. You will feel better, everyone will treat you better and no normal person will care if you deadlift 400lbs or 300lbs, to then both sounds impressive. Don't fuck your life up by being tricked into thinking lifting is about being obese and having a high 1rm squat/Diddy.

Do I really have shitty lats? i always thought they were okay...I mean, not big but also not non-existent
>Just go on a fucking cut, that weight would barely be acceptable if you were half a foot taller
I don't really feel bad about my weight, really. It's mostly the aesthetics that bother me
You have a good build but you should hop on a cut for better definition. Also do you train abs? Or your serratus anterior? Work these and cut to get that ripped look and to look aesthetic.
Zachary Brown
Yes. You have a thicker upper back, almost nonexistent mid and low lats.
You need a technique overhaul and to also lighten the weight, work on mind muscle connection, and diet down to even just maintain calories and just walk more. 30-40lbs less than what you are now and you’ll be happy. You are fatter than you think.
