I've only had steak once in my life, it was well done in a steak sandwich. Pretty good

Frankly I don't really care that much. It usually comes out of my pan somewhere between medium rare and well and that is fine with me.

Depends on the steak, but generally medium rare. Often medium because my GF likes it that way, so after I've eaten my medium rare one I'll eat what's left of hers.

I thought anything not well done has bacteria?

Which is fine if the meat isn't rotten or dirty.

Raw
oh no not a bacteria, pussy ass nigga

At a restaurant medium rare.
If I make at home well done cause I can't fucking cook steak for some reason.

How? What about e. coli?

Well and medium well everything else is disgusting and you're an uncultured brit with crooked teeth or Australian or American which is even worse

Wipe its arse and show it a flame.

Well and burned

If I'm making it myself, rare. If I'm at a restaurant, medium rare or medium.

Rare to Medium Rare

Get the skillet hot, then put it on for 1:30-2:00 minutes on one side and 1:30-2:00 minutes on the other. Adjust your cook time based on how hot your stovetop is.

Well done for jaw gains
Anyone who says medium rare has baby jaw
King of the hill made y'all pussies

and then put it in the oven. searing is ok but you still have to put it in a hot preheated oven

Depends on your stove. Mine is hot enough that it will cook a steak all the way through in about 2 minutes, so after 2 on each side it's a solid medium rare and good to go.

Medium rare is its supposed to go in the oven after you casual Youtube consuming wannabe cook with no taste

so it goes in the oven after its in the pan? for how long? and what do i put it on?

A good steak I'll eat rare. I just like how it tastes. An older steak or a bad cut I'll eat medium. I honestly don't give a shit about how anyone else eats theirs. Some people get snobby about it

Blue.

Beef and Lamb don't let surface bacteria go through the meat which is why it's fine to have them rare as long as the outside is cooked

Pretty much me

Meant for

Medium for me. Texture gets too weird any rarer and well done is ruining taste.
