avoid fats entirely

Fat is dogshit nowadays, unless you have a grass fed steak or raw milk that fat is more worthless than carbs.

Fat is inherently bad

Saying that is literally a hate crime in my country.

>Uhm, actually, you should avoid fats entirely
>Michelle Obama says fats are a "use sparingly" food, read the Food pyramid chud

Not necessarily there are certainly fat soluble vitamins that get stripped through pasteurization and cooking, these are highly recommended because the quality of the shit you get from stores is god awful.

based and cholesterolpilled

>grass fed

>ketoschizo thread #1578

>BRO JUST EAT 10 POUNDS OF BACON AND A STICK OF BUTTER AND YOUR WEIGHT WILL MAGICALLY DISAPPEAR
Quality of food does matter, by grass fed I mean from a locally sourced farmer instead of your jewcery store you quadruple nigger.

Just avoid omega 6 and you´re good

There is absolutely no difference in the protein and fat quantities between local grass-fed beef and the stuff you get in plastic tubes from Walmart.
The only difference in nutrition is a bit more trace minerals in grass-fed.

butter, beef tallow and olive oil are amazing. Doin keto for almost a year now and never felt better in my life. Wagmi

But there is a difference, just like humans having different amounts of test and so on, the same applies to cows, but it is rather hard to distinguish the nutritional value I will admit and altogether worth avoiding unless you know for certain otherwise you are wasting your time.

very low fat diets is bad for you and your testosterone

Low-fat diets and testosterone in men: Systematic review and meta-analysis of intervention studies
>sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0960076021000716
"Low-fat diets appear to decrease testosterone levels in men, but further randomised controlled trials are needed to confirm this effect. Men with European ancestry may experience a greater decrease in testosterone, in response to a low-fat diet."

olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil (which is also great for the skin) and grass-fed butter are the best.

even if there is a difference in the hormone profile of an animal; it does not mean it makes a nutritional difference in the meat

>thinks seed oils are bad
>fell for the sneed meme

eh well we are still in the infancy of that sort of thing. The long term effects remain to be seen, and advising someone to eat a pound of beef instead of plant shit is for the best, so it's probably for the best to agree as we wait to see if there is some impact, but in case you want to be safe the option is always there.

>Studies eligible for inclusion were intervention studies, with minimal confounding variables, comparing the effect of low-fat vs high-fat diets on men’s sex hormones. 9 databases were searched from their inception to October 2020, yielding 6 eligible studies
garbage study, never post again

> eat a pound of beef instead of plant shit is for the best
we got plenty of data on this already. plants are an essential part of a healthy diet, and should be the largest part of your diet. Thats why the mediterranian style of diet is the standard for health and longevity
