Started taking lifting and dieting seriously for a couple months but been going before that for a while when i was doing my degree.
Deadlifts or rows on pull day fellas? I used to do deadlift but it makes my lower back consistently sore.

I wasn't eating well enough the first 3 months and stalled lower than me up 10kg eating right and actually improving.
I've always been a tubster so my back was going to be shitty since I had an extra 30kg to lift with a untrained back.
I can just jump on the assisted dips/chins machine and alleviate some of that extra weight so I can actually progress some chin and pull up strength.

Oh I know why your saying i should lose weight, but it might have something to do with the fact that I also have a fucked right scapular that wings.

The assisted dips/chins machine reads in pounds only and i didn't convert lbs=kgs in the analysis.
Plus I checked my OHP numbers and noted that I put in my last set where I started 5kg heavier but lowered it because I wasn't getting the MindMuscle Connection I wanted
