4 Day split no rest days
>Day1: Chest
>Day2: Shoulders
>Day3: Back
>Day4: Legs
I also run a second group on a 3 day split that goes alongside the main lifts

>Day3: Abs
I spend about 2 hours in the gym every day and I'm a bored college kid since I don't have any morning classes, and if I skip the gym I get sad so I don't :)

By alongside I mean I do 2 groups a day

Throw in extra leg work on the X days depending on fatigue. Walking is 40min on 10% incline 5.5kph
