If you want to look lean and ripped you need to get tanned. Just look at any lean and ripped person and I bet you they are tanned.

maybe its my woman eyes but i can see where you're coming from. Its not fat, it looks as if it would be loose skin (even though its not). literally try getting a tan, and that might remove the "pale and flabby skin" thoughts from your mind. you could do a fast, or lowering your bf % if it would make you feel better. You dont need to, but maybe the effort would boost your self esteem up

You need to shave your really sparse ass body hair and get a healthy amount of sun, otherwise you may have body dysmorphia. You look ungroomed, not fat.
