It's really up to you but 1rm makes sense based on the data from here which is in 1RM
strengthlevel.com
For instance, if you weigh 150 lbs, a 225 lbs bench press 1RM is pretty damn good.
should be for 4 sets of 12 no joke
Lol. This
It's for reps. Only powershitters care about 1rm
the pajeet that posted this is extremely weak and insecure about it
Yeah he's wrong, it's actually powershitters and Highschoolers that care about 1RM.
Both. If you can only do it for one you just say you can do 1/2/3/4 for one. If you can do it for 5 say you can do it for 5. If it's between that you say you can do it for reps. There's no universal standard for something as colloquial as "1/2/3/4".
8/8/5/5
Obviously 1RM since 2/3/4/5 is also 1RM. If you could do 5x315 squats you're literally 20 pounds from doing 1x 4pl8s, so it's retarded to only count 1/2/3/4 for reps.
>5.7"
i-is it my time bros?..
>5.7 inches
That's a pretty average dick size user. Nothing to be ashamed of.
the number was referring to my height not dick length dum dum

1/2/3/4 for reps only sounds difficult if you don't lift
I can do 1/1/3.2/2 with 1 for the first 2 and 5 for squats and DL after 2 months of training. Why’d my squats do up so fast but my other lifts are DYEL? I weigh 140lb
You're short and legs are largest muscles
Well 1/2/3/4 for 1RM is a literal beginner goal which should be reached in 6 months to a year by everyone. It's not particularly a feat of strength. Now most people never train at all let alone stay consistent for a year so compared to the general population yeah it's something.
It's for 3 reps minimum. I would have claimed 1/2/3/4 in about 3 months if it was 1rm
One set of five each, though I personally only count if it's at least 3x5
10 reps of each, that way you really own that weight
who cares lol we all just want to look good. the people who say they dont and pretend like they care about """strength""" are facelets beyond redenption on their own little fox and grapes- journey
