About to jump on 875mg test 700mg EQ a week for 20 weeks, with 20mg/day superdrol for the first 4-6 weeks depending on how my livers holding up. We don't talk about AI here.

it's more about knowing how a lift is done than pure numbers to make sure you wont hurt yourself down the line. if you need some arbitrary numbers 2/3/4/5 plates

I'm not gonna hop on it yet, I've been lifting for a couple of months and I'm making good progress, it was more of a theoretical question.
My end goal is to snatch 100kg one armed a la Klokov, can currently do half of that so there's still a long way to go.

then start with 500test, add eq to it, add tren, finish off with adding 4weeks sdrol
everything for 16weeks + the sdrol and you got your goal in 52weeks

4 months into my sdrol and the back pumps are stopping me from finishing squat workouts. I'm trying 5g taurine and daily hamstring stretching. Anything else to try? I don't want to stop the sdrol.

I've been cruising test 300mg wk and anastrazole 1mg d for over a year, just started getting bad acne on my back and shoulders.
It's weird, I was fine for ages but it just started. Is this anything to do wtih estrogen fluctuation? I did a 400mg period for 3 weeks and now back at 300mg. Any thoughts?

2nd dose 600mg test e today, not sure if extra tiredness is from the clocks changing or from high E. Guess I'll start arimidex next dose.

At 10mg a day I have no issues. I had the standard sides to begin with but realized it was the same as low E symptoms so I dialed in the rest of my gear and now I feel fine. I take milk thistle twice a day and eat a half pound of liver a day so I have all the nutrients to rebuild my own liver.

I had a nice cycle planned but I've ditched it with this WW3 shit on the table. I don't want to be caught on the hop mid cycle or in PCT. Spent the money on last minute boost to preps instead. Sucks but I'd rather not regret anything later and cycles can always wait.
